At vadeincienso.com, we want your shopping experience to be convenient and transparent. Therefore, we comply with current European Union regulations regarding the right of withdrawal and refunds.


🔹 1. Right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide a reason.

Deadlines

  • Products: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

If the last day of the deadline falls on a non-working day , it will be extended to the next working day.


🔹 2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us through an unequivocal statement. You can do this by email or post:

We recommend you include:

  • Name and surname

  • Order number

  • Purchase date

  • Products to return

  • Reason (optional)


🔹 3. Product return conditions

We accept returns provided the products meet these conditions:

General products:

  • They must be unused , undamaged, and in their original packaging .

  • They must not have been handled beyond what is necessary to verify their nature.

Products that are not returnable due to hygiene reasons or natural wear and tear:

Due to their nature, returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Open or partially used incense sticks

  • Candles that are lit or without their seal

  • Bundles or open herbs

  • Consumable products that have lost their protection or seal

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Minerals and silver:

Returns are accepted provided that:

  • have not been used

  • They show no signs of wear

  • They should be in the same condition as when they were delivered.

If it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will send you a new one free of charge.


🔹 4. Return costs

  • The customer assumes the return shipping costs , except in the case of error or defective product sent by Vadeincienso.

  • No additional fees will be charged for the refund process.


🔹 5. Refund

Once the products have been received and their condition verified, we will proceed with the refund of:

  • The total amount of the order

  • Including standard shipping costs of the original purchase

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when we receive the items or from when we receive proof of their return.


🔹 6. Returns for damaged or incorrect product

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you purchased:

  1. Send us photos of the product and packaging.

  2. We will send you a replacement at no cost or refund your money.

These returns are free for the customer .
